Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 or equivalent35 years of experience in a customer service or internal sales support roleProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email) and CRM systemsBilingual in English and AfrikaansExperience with ERP systems is essentialBasic knowledge of export processes is an advantageExperience in the sales and manufacturing industryAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong team player who can also work independentlyExcellent analytical skills with high attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesCapable of handling challenging situations with professionalismStrong numerical proficiency and technical savvyExceptional organizational and time management skills Key Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Order Processing: Accurately capture sales orders within specified deadlinesInvoice orders and ensure timely dispatchProcess export orders, including necessary documentationDaily Order Management: Follow up on production and import orders, providing feedback to customersManage blanket orders and export preparations Customer Interactions: Handle walk-in customers and process quotations efficientlyEnsure timely responses to quotation requestsProcess payments for quotations and cash sales Remuneration Package: Competitive basic salary of R12,135.00
