Role & Responsibilities Provide the best member experience to existing members by handling incoming calls on the inbound channel.Acquire nominations to support sales offices.Keep updated with ongoing changes related to product knowledge.Building Contacts Provide members first call resolutions.Earn an impressive CSAT score as designed by the Accor Plus Management.Handle escalations within the defined TAT.Main Complexity/Critical Issues in the Job Attempt on-call resolution for all member queries and concerns.Influence renewal rate for the members. Qualifications
