Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will be the following: Identifying customers: Generating leads, contacting potential customers, and identifying their needsBuilding relationships: Maintaining relationships with existing customers and building new onesSelling: Making targeted pitches, explaining product features, and negotiating prices and termsClosing sales: Managing the sales cycle, preparing sales agreements, and closing new businessCollaborating: Working with colleagues and coordinating with other sales representativesReporting: Preparing reports, proposals, and other documentationKey Accounts Management: Managing existing client baseQualificationsMatricEngineering/ Mechanical related Degree/ Diploma if not Metallurgical &/ or Heat TreatmentSkills3-5 years doing engineering related sales - Metallurgical Services & Heat preferred, Treatment but not essentialStrong product or service experience with heat treatmentOwn vehicle and valid driver's licenseBenefitsCommission (New customers: 10% monthly for the first 6 months, then 5% monthly for the next 6 months, returning customers (not used for 3 months or more): 5% monthly for 6 months)Petrol AllowanceCell Phone Allowance
