Our client, a prominent BPO based at Airport Industria, Cape Town is recruiting for a Junior Team Supervisor (German Speaking) to join their team.
Overview: The CSR Junior Team Supervisor - German assists the CSR Team Supervisor in managing the team of German-speaking CSRs.
This role involves supporting daily operations, handling escalated issues, and ensuring that customer service standards are maintained.
The Junior Supervisor also plays a role in training new team members and supporting their integration into the team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the CSR Team Supervisor in leading the team of CSRs.
Support daily operations and ensure adherence to service standards.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the Team Supervisor.
Requirements: Fluent in German and English.
Experience in customer service, with some supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to support team members and manage escalated issues.
Working Hours: - Central European Time Zone (Same as South African time zone currently) Monday to Friday: 08h00 19h00 Saturday: 10h00 14h00 Working from Office Airport Salary: Basic + Commission based on CX KPIs achieved by the team  Including: Medical Insurance + Home and Trauma Assist This is not a medical aid Surgo (Pty) Ltd will consider all applications in terms of its Employment Equity (EE) and is committed in maintaining diversity in its appointments.
