MAIN PURPOSEThe Country Road Group Department Manager is accountable for assisting the Country Road Group Manager in maximizing department/store profitability and ensuring our brand values are maintained. This is achieved by providing aspirational leadership, developing team capability, strong people management, applying commercial acumen, sound financial understanding to the business and effective control of cost.
