Cost/Management Accountant

Responsibilities:Preparing of monthly statements, management reports and demand lettersMaintain confidentiality and non-disclosure of confidential informationMaintain financial security through internal controlsComply with payment, reporting and tax requirements as well as SARS regulationsQuality control on invoicing by the company ensuring accuracy and timely forwardingAssist with management system reconciliationsManage credit applications received from new clients as well as requests for new client accounts to be opened on the relevant accounting systemRenewal of facility lettersSign off reconciliations, cash flow and cash flow forecastProfessional preparation of all documents sent out to clients/contractorsBalance sheet reconciliations and releasing of paymentsDeveloping plans and processes to improve efficiency and performanceControl and allocate sales and expense budgetsMinimum Requirements:Degree in Finance/AccountingCTE/CIMA will be advantageousPastel Evolution/Xero experience will be an advantageAt least 5 years' experience in a similar roleCode B driver's license and own transportMust be a South African citizen
