We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Manager which is a contract position which with one of our clients.
We need someone who is available immediately and has experience in the role.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience as a Contact Centre Manager Must have managed at least 8 Team Leader or over 150 seats contact centerBachelor's Degree in Business Administration Proven experience in managing contact center Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Should you meet the requirements we will make contact with you and should you not hear from us within 2 weeks please consider your application unsuccessful.
