Job Title: Construction ManagerLocation: Northern Cape, Kgalagadi District, Kathu
Job Type: Contract, Full-Time
Job Duties: Manage and oversee all construction activities on-siteCoordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion within budget and scheduleMonitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulationsPrepare and update project schedules and budget reportsResolve any issues or delays that may arise during constructionProvide regular progress updates to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as a Construction ManagerStrong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materialsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHealth and Safety certificationEducation:Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction managementKnowledge and Skills:Proficient in project management softwareStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of budgeting and financial managementAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Chartered status with a relevant professional bodyPrevious experience in the mining industryWorking Conditions:Work on-site in various weather conditionsTravel may be required to different project locationsRegular interaction with construction team members and stakeholders
