The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management.Able to perform overall project management on site.You will be responsible for traveling between Western Cape and Eastern Cape.Experience:7+ years of experience within the Civil/Roads Engineering Industry.Have completed 5 or more Roads projects over the value of R 40,000,000.00.Roads & Routine Road Maintenance experience.SACPCMP Registration as a Professional is a must.QualificationsProject Coordination and Project Management skills.Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills.Budgeting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Competent with MS Projects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.Experience in the construction industry is required.National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Certifications in Project Management, SACPCMP Construction Management, or related fields are a BONUS.
