Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and ManagementDevelop, review, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Prepare and review project specifications, plans, and designs in collaboration with engineering teams.Ensure project milestones are completed on time and within budget constraints.Site Management and SupervisionOversee daily operations on-site, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.Stakeholder CommunicationCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for project alignment.Report project progress, issues, and changes to the Project Director.Address client needs and concerns, managing expectations and maintaining positive relationships.Safety and ComplianceImplement and enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Conduct risk assessments and mitigate hazards associated with construction activities.Ensure all project activities comply with environmental guidelines and regulations.Budgeting and Cost ControlMonitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.Approve invoices, manage procurement, and negotiate with vendors for the best value.Prepare financial reports and track project costs, addressing any variances promptly.Key RequirementsEducational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in civil construction management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are advantageous.Diving License
