Requirements:Relevant qualifications2 years working experience as company secretaryMs Office proficientUnderstanding of company laws and legislatureMinute taking skillsReport writing skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailOrganisational skillsAbility to self-manageProactivenessAbility to work under pressureEthics & IntegrityKey Responsibilities:Provide effective administration (end-to-end) meetings for EXCOM sub-committees andDraft annual workplans for the management committeesDraft meeting agendas and collate papers for meeting packs and distribute packs Draft attendance registersAttend meetings, take minutes, and circulate draft minutes Prepare Chairpersons reports for review by the respective Chairpersons and reporting to EXCOMEnsure that approved minutes of all committees within are signed by respective Chairpersons Provide general corporate governance and statutory compliance dutiesEnsure that directors and officers declarations of interest are updated annuallyEnsure that the corporate calendar is developed three months before end of the calendar yearDraft Notice of the AGM and the Chairmans notes for review Ensure that the Notice of the AGM is received Ensure that all logistics are in place for a successful AGM
