As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by sourcing and securing valuable properties across the U.S. Your primary responsibilities include calling and following up with property owners daily, assessing property potential, and making competitive offers for acquisition. You'll manage a steady stream of inbound leads while proactively identifying new opportunities through occasional cold calling.
This role offers significant autonomy, empowering you to make key decisions that directly impact the company's success. You'll need to demonstrate a strong understanding of real estate market trends, property valuations, and investment strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential as you'll be building relationships with property owners and closing high-value deals.
Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with U.S. property owners daily to identify acquisition opportunities
Make offers for the purchase of real estate, evaluating market conditions and property potential
Manage a pipeline of inbound leads, provided consistently by the company, and generate additional leads through cold calling when needed
Negotiate effectively with property owners to reach favorable acquisition terms
Perform property and market research to support acquisition decisions
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate information on leads, follow-ups, and transactions
Work autonomously while aligning with company goals, using sound judgment to make critical decisions that drive the company's strategic growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from acquisition to closing

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a similar role
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently
Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with real estate market analysis, property valuation, and investment principles
Ability to work with CRM software and stay organized while managing multiple leads and transactions

Requirements:

Must have consistent access to high speed internet and reliable phone connection. Must have a quiet location to work without background noise.
Must be able to quickly answer inbound calls throughout the day. Must quickly respond to new leads in our database.
Work is primarily done during United States East Coast hours, 9am-5pm.
Must be available for periodic meetings in person. An in-person meeting may also be required before starting this position.
30+ outbound calls each day, handling warm leads, and following up with existing leads.
Exceptional proficiency in English
Highly coachable
Willing to learn, and committed for at least 12 months.

Compensation:

Base pay: $500-$1,500 per month
Commission: 2%-6% per deal

This is a highly rewarding role for ambitious, driven individuals who are ready to make a mark in the real estate industry.
