Job Description:
We are partnering with a reputable Facility Management company in KSA, committed to providing exceptional Hard and Soft services to their esteemed clients across the kingdom. Currently, they are looking for a proficient Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and expand market share.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth and Profitability:
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and enhance profitability in the catering and facilities management sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for expansion, both domestically and internationally.
Market Expansion and Client Relationship:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to maximize business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Bidding and Financial Acumen:
Lead the bidding process, ensuring competitive and profitable bid submissions.
Utilize expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to inform bid decisions and drive successful outcomes.
Operational Excellence and Compliance:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Team Leadership and Development:
Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Key Qualifications:
8+ Years of Commercial Experience in Facility Management and Catering Industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the same industry.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a Plus.
Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
Strategic acumen to provide insights on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience in Public and Private sector bids, and proven contribution to bid-no-bid decisions.
