Our client is looking for a skilled and dynamic Commercial Manager to lead their commercial operations and drive strategic growth.
This role requires exceptional business acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial forecasting and reporting.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring profitability and operational excellence in a competitive industry.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.Prepare and manage budgets, financial projections, and forecasts.Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Oversee sales team performance and set targets to drive revenue growth.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.Ensure compliance with industry regulations.Drive efficiency in operations through process optimization.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct competitor analysis to inform business strategies.Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team.Foster a high-performance culture within the organization.Key Skills:Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial software.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Leadership and team management expertise.Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.In-depth knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA is an advantage).
