Client Support SpecialistReference: NWN000097-TSa-1A leading secure payments solutions and aggregator based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape is looking to hire a meticulous, proactive Client Support Specialist to add to their team.This is an on-site position, applicants based in Stellenbosch/Western Cape are encouraged to apply.Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour role purpose will be to fulfil various administrative and support duties within a fast-paced environment. You will also serve as a key entry point for networks and billers, providing support across various business development and sales functions. This role requires quick turnaround times and willingness to assist with various tasks impacting client relationships.Other duties include but are not limited to:Onboarding billers, ensuring that workflow and system requirements are met (this includes completing documents, performing compliance and KYC checks, and uploading of all supporting information)Identify correct onboarding process for billers and direct accordinglyManage various portals and inboxes, ensuring compliance with specifications for applicationsEscalate any issues to the customer relations manager where necessaryUpdate biller details on the Onboarding and Integration workflow systemPerform compliance checks on billers requesting changes to their current profileForward relevant documentation to Accounts department for sign-offAssist with preparing tender files according to the company standard for TendersEducationRelevant tertiary qualification in Finance/AccountingJob Experience & Skills RequiredMinimum of 3 years in a similar roleExperience in the Financial Services/ Payments industry is advantageousStable internet connection to enable the role/perform standby dutiesStrong Advanced Excel skills (formulas and Pivots)Attention to detailEffective communication skillsOrganizational skillsTeam playerDeadline drivenEffectively works under pressureValid Driver's licensePackage & RemunerationR 240000 - R 300000APPLY NOW!If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
