The Client Services Manager supports both current and new clients. This role serves as the coordinating link between the client and formula D_ Design and Production departments ensuring that the work fully meets the client's needs. The Client Services Manager functions as both an Account Manager and a Project Manager. This position reports to the head of design, project management and senior management.Specific ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients in the lead-up to project commencement, review and compile project requirements and secure required collateral and participationEnsure that the schedule, deadlines and client expectations and clearly communicated and understood by allCoordinate with business development, production, and technology departments to ensure readiness; ensure execution of project meets or exceeds client requirements and expectationsOversee multiple client projects and be able to recognize, solve or neutralize potential issues or conflicts.Anticipate and/or troubleshoot technical problems before/during/after; work with technical staff and the client to properly service these issuesKeep all project stakeholders informed throughout a project life cycleCompile project statistics into a deliverable report for clientsFacilitate conversations with clients and respond to queriesAssist with strategic planning and support organic client growthProfessional Qualifications / ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience4 or more years of experience as an account manager, project manager, or combination of bothKnowledge and experience with exhibition design, activations, interactive technologyWorking knowledge of MS Office, OneNote, SharePointPersonal Qualifications / AttributesExcellent organizational, planning, management, and communication skills with an ability to work at all levelsStrong attention to detailClient-focused, solutions-oriented, self-starterWillingness to work non-traditional hours (early morning, late evening), as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
