Job DescriptionDear Future Client Service Specialist,

The role requires you to provide customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs, and processing their requests. Apply appropriate sales processes within the unit to achieve sales targets. Converting leads to sales by opening active accounts to achieve annual targets.
Are you someone who can: Manage costs/expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutionsManage existing clients and grow the portfolio through making contact and generating leadsManage the growth of the active customer account base to increase client baseMaintain expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant product and service targetsMaximise business portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationshipsContact prospective clients and sell appropriate banking products in order to achieve sales targetsDefine a sales portfolio growth strategy in line with predetermined growth targets, determined on an annual basis through conducting competitor analysis and innovating new value propositions by developing sales initiatives which align with the various segment strategiesComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsEnter all qualified leads into the sales pipeline and maintain on a daily basisTrack, control, and influence sales and service activities with the specific aim to increase sales and service efficienciesProvide accurate and reliable sales and service statisticsManage own development to increase own competenciesYou will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum qualification: Matric3 to 5 years working experience in a similar roleCustomer services experience imperativeMust not be an unrehabilitated insolventMust be based in Cape TownYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curiousHave a proven successful track recordThrive in a collaborative environmentAre you interested in taking the step?
