We are currently looking for a client-centric, motivated and enthusiastic Client Response Coordinator to join our Client Success team.
You will be responsible for managing your own assigned client accounts and have outstanding communication skills and customer service experience to provide support with a proactive and solution-orientated service.
Key Responsibilities Communicating with your clients regularly to provide support and assistance with any queries Proactively reviewing your client's accounts to ensure that they are utilising all aspects effectively and achieving the best results Liaising with clients via phone and email Utilise recruitment data to provide clients with individualised feedback on market trends and their account performance Providing personalised training sessions for client onboarding and ongoing refreshers Working collaboratively with other departments including our sales team to improve client experience and retention.
Requirements Previous B2B customer service, account management or recruitment experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record working towards targets or deadlines.
A positive attitude with the ability to have engaging conversations and to communicate with empathy, integrity and confidence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional telephone manner Demonstrable interpersonal skills, including active listening Commercially driven with demonstrable experience of account growth or upselling Able to multi-task effectively with a high level of attention to detail IT literate, including MS office with the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
