Client Recruiter

Description: As a Client Engagement Specialist with a client focus, you will be the primary liaison between Nexit Recruit and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, understand their recruitment needs, and ensure they receive the best talent solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Account Management: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client specifications.Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong partnerships.Market Insights: Provide clients with insights into industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, client feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the recruitment industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong client-focused approach.Ability to understand and articulate client needs, with a solution-oriented mindset.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends.
