Civil Estimator

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about the construction industry?
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to play a critical role in shaping the success of their projects.
Requirements: · Minimum 8 years of experience as an Estimator of a medium to large construction company · Minimum of 4 years software experience using Candy (CCS).
· Proven ability to develop professional tenders in roads & earthworks construction projects.
· Must have good construction and engineering contractual knowledge.
Responsibilities: · Prepare roads & earthworks estimates, programmes and cashflow budgets.
· Prepare and present at tender finalization meetings.
· Carefully study and interpret tender documents, specifications and drawings.
· Identify commercial risks and advise on flagged items early in the tendering process.
· Prepare and check the overall accuracy of the materials take-off and bills of quantities.
· Produce bills of quantities in accordance with recognised methods of measurement.
