Chief Operating Officer (Security & Cleaning)

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the security company.
The COO ensures that the companys security services are delivered efficiently, meet client expectations, and comply with all relevant regulations.
The role involves strategic planning, leadership, and continuous improvement of the companys operational processes, while also maintaining profitability and driving business growth.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Experience in the Cleaning or Security industryExtensive experience in a senior operational role within the security industry.Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.Experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
