Analytical Chemist - Pharmaceutical IndustryAre you a meticulous and innovative professional with a passion for pharmaceutical science? Candidates with Pharmaceutical and Analytical Chemistry experience will be considered first.
Job Purpose: As an Analytical Chemist, you will perform advanced tests, investigations, and analyses to ensure our products meet established specifications. You will play a crucial role in supporting quality lab projects and routine tests, contributing to long-term objectives, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain QC Laboratory Operations: Ensure consumables are in stock and maintain the general workflow.Sampling and Testing: Conduct analytical assessments on raw materials, intermediate production, and finished goods.Test Methods: Perform various tests, including API assay, impurity identification, stability testing, and process validation.Environmental Control: Monitor environmental health and safety controls, including temperature monitoring.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GLP requirements, update SOPs, and maintain housekeeping standards.Test Result Investigations: Investigate out-of-trend and out-of-specification results, establish root causes, and complete investigations within specified time frames.EHS Compliance: Implement and maintain compliance with EHS guidelines and legislative requirements.Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Analytical Chemistry.3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry.Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment such as HPLC/UPLC, GC, AA, IC, UV, FTIR.Experience in equipment maintenance, calibration, validation, testing, and method development.Behavioral Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.Ability to provide constructive feedback and work as a team player.Excellent communication skills.Analytical thinking and concern for quality.Customer service orientation and drive for results.Strong planning and prioritizing abilities.Why Join Us?
