Candidate Requirements:Must have a formal chef qualificationMust have 5 years of previous experience in a 5* lodge environmentMaintaining a high standard of Kitchen HygieneOrdering, stock-taking and control of the kitchenMaintaining and overseeing all kitchen staffStaff training and development Passion for food and the food experienceAbility to lead a team of people effectively and to think and act creatively within a teamThe ability to motivate staff to consistently deliverAbility to work flexibly and have strong management skills, day-to-day, and long-termWell-spoken and presented individual who is able to work under pressure and think on their feetOutgoing, friendly, and confident individualCreative, professional and team player attitudeLive-in position with a work cycle of 45 days on 15 days off, and 15 annual days leave. Meals, uniform, en suite accommodation, and transport to Hoedspruit for leave days provided.
