Change Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Change Manager to join our clients team, where youll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic change management initiatives across a range of projects.

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver change management strategies aligned with the companys approach.Create detailed communication plans, stakeholder analysis, and management plans.Lead the development of risk registers and progress reports to track change outcomes.Drive collaboration with the systems training team and HR change management where applicable.Conduct assessments to evaluate impact, readiness, and adoption of changes.Manage client relationships and provide strategic input to ensure successful outcomes.Ensure the adoption of new behaviours to realise the benefits of change.Requirements: B Degree in Human Sciences, Business, or a related field (NQF level 7 or equivalent).3-5 years of experience in change management, delivering impactful change strategies.Strong experience in developing project change management deliverables (e.g., communication plans, stakeholder management).Ability to manage projects effectively and deliver within scope, on time, and within budget.Agile exposure and experience working in a programme or project environment will be a plus.
