As CFO, you will wield a wide-ranging mandate, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior management team.Key Performance AreasLead all aspects of the company's financial functions, including monthly financial reporting, revenue management, and cost analysis.Develop financial reports and dashboards aligned with critical business drivers.Demonstrate proficiency in inventory systems, adept at data interrogation, error identification, and proactive corrective measures.Act as the financial interface for banks, funders and auditors.Manage the treasury function, with specific focus on cash flow.SkillsHighly analyticalDecisive and confident decision-maker capable of navigating complex financial landscapes.Technically proficient – Finance & Management accountingTrack record in cash flow managementFamiliarity with Xero & Dear Software preferred, along with proficiency in other financial tools.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors in accounting10 years in accounting, 5 in a senior management roleExperience in a manufacturing environment essential
