Campus Head

Our client is seeking a Campus Head for their West Rand campus.
About the role: The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, by managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction and to market and promote the business.
The role will focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business) Management of a sales team Attending career expo's Lecturer management Operations management Facilities management Ensuring OHS The ideal candidate has/Requirements: 3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing.
Tertiary education.
Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous.
Proven previous sales management skills.
Previous management experience.
Is considered a 'driver'.
Has experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company; Candidates with proven experience in the following fields are encouraged to apply: Campus heads Deputy campus heads Department heads Hotel Managers Cruise Ship experience Salary: R600 000 - R636 000 Plus commission  Potential for an annual bonus
