Education Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate. Bachelor's Degree. Computer literacy and Microsoft Office suite at an Intermediate or Advanced level. Experience 3 years Management/Operational experience. 1 - 3 years in the medical aid industry would be advantageous. Experience in workflow processes within a dynamic, high-volume operations environment is essential. Team management experience with teams more than 40 people will be highly advantageous.
