If you're someone who thrives on providing top-tier business administration and stakeholder support, we'd love to meet you!Why Join Us?Location: Chess Properties Head Quarters, Southgate Industrial Business Park, eManzimtoti, Durban.Hours: Monday-Thursday, 08:00-15:00 (28 hours per week).Salary: R6,000 - R10,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.Perks: Performance bonuses, continuous training & development, and being part of a team that's as committed to your success as you are.Your Role:Ensure smooth internal operations and effective communication with agents, clients, and stakeholders.Support the team in managing client relationships and business administration with the highest professionalism.Help us maintain our standards of excellence as we continue to grow.What You Bring:Essential:Grade 12 certificate or Diploma in Real Estate/Business Administration/ Project Management or related field.2+ years of experience in administrative role such as Administrative Coordinator/Office Manager/Client Relations/ Executive Assistant.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and G-Suite.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with excellent time management and attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or office management software.Strong commitment to providing high-quality support and client service.Strong command of business English, both written and verbal.Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.A spirit of Ubuntu / Humanity.Desirable:Bachelor Degree in Real Estate/Business Operations/Administration or related field.
