Business Intelligence Analyst - Agriculture

Minimum requirements for the role:Must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Agricultural Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years experience in a similar BI or analytical roleAbility to understand, analyze, and improve financial and business processes is essentialMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI at an advanced levelStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detailProven ability to generate reports and present findings to senior leadershipMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans, with a collaborative approachThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Conducting system evaluations and recommending improvements.Performing product costing analyses and developing effective pricing strategies.Developing and maintaining budgeting tools for both expenses and sales.Collecting, cleaning, and managing data from diverse sources for analysis.Building and maintaining applications to enhance business workflows.Designing, developing, and updating Power BI reports for decision support.Conducting data analysis to inform and drive strategic initiatives.Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into, only with the shortlisted candidates
