Desktop Support Technician

Details of the offer

· Install and configure PCs and software components for optimal usability.· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.· Repair or replace damaged hardware and manage server support.· Set up employee profiles, maintain printers, and perform daily backups.· Data recovery· Install and upgrade anti-virus software, evaluate new software and hardware.· Provide first-line support, manage technical documentation, and establish strong inter-departmental relationships.Candidate Requirements:· IT-related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE certification preferred).· 3-5 years of experience in a similar role· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Server and Desktop software.· Strong fault-finding skills and experience with network printers.· Own transport required.
