We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment that values innovation and growth.presence.Role Purpose:The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving new sales for ESAN Consultants. This role focuses on cultivating strong relationships with clients, including CxO-level connections, leveraging industry experience and networks to uncover new opportunities. The position entails hunting for new accounts within the Healthcare and Medical Devices space. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate, generate, and grow large-scale relationships with new accounts. Identify prospective clients and develop go-to-market plans. Identify key decision-makers in client organizations and industries to build and strengthen relationships, becoming a trusted advisor. Generate business from new accounts, driving and leading customer relationships into 100k+ revenue engagements. Build credibility and gain market share within the territory, effectively managing objections and exploring new growth areas with customers. Strategize and craft solutions with pre-sales teams to meet customer needs, leveraging an understanding of Medical Device Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Ensure high customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with project teams and delivering committed service quality. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of business development experience within the Medical Device recruitment or consultancy sector. Strong understanding of QARA requirements within the Medical Device industry. Knowledge of MDD (Medical Devices Directive), MDR (Medical Device Regulation), UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed marking), and ISO 13485 standards. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-level executives and decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote working environment. Proficiency in crafting and implementing strategic business development plans.
