Position Overview: We are seeking a Humble, Hungry, Smart, and Driven Business Development Representative to join our team.
This role is vital for expanding our market reach, particularly in the PPE sector, including oversleeves and other protective products.
The ideal candidate will be articulate, possess strong commercial IQ, and demonstrate common sense in navigating complex sales processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize cold data to find potential buyers, understand their needs, and sell our clients products, including oversleeves and other PPE.
Conduct outbound dials to engage decision-makers and qualify leads.
Account Management: Manage and grow accounts by building strong relationships with end-users, factories, and pharmaceutical companies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a sales pipeline with a focus on achieving targets.
Track progress, report on key metrics, and provide updates in team huddles every morning.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
Leverage your commercial IQ to understand market needs and position our products effectively.
Product Presentations & Quotes: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and quotes.
Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients and articulate the value of our products.
Reporting & Communication: Track and report on sales activities, including dials made, contacts spoken to, and opportunities identified.
Maintain clear and detailed records of interactions and progress.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Use this knowledge to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on PPE or related products preferred.
Education: Preferred Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
Strong commercial IQ with the ability to understand and navigate complex sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
