This role will also involve supervising the Business Development Consultants as a team leader to ensure the successful execution of lead-generation strategiesFinancial:Contribute to minimization of general expenses Client:Ensure that all stakeholders (e.g., clients and AE's) communication is accurate, timeous, professional, and relevantBuild and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure and contribute to achieving own and company required client satisfaction targets Business processes:Generate new business leads (e.g. through cold calling, referrals, etc.)Supervise Business Development Consultants as a team leader, ensuring the successful execution of lead-generation strategiesEngage telephonically with leads and secure appointments for the sales teamMake appointments with prospective clients for the sales team and diarize appointmentsAdhere to company processes and quality assurance standards with regard to sourcing leads and converting leads into appointmentsManage data in the CRM system and adhere to processes and standards in relation to the CRM systemCompile reports as required by managementProvide general administration support to the sales teamKeep accurate records of own activities Learning and growth:Live the Company way by committing to the organizational valuesEnsure performance targets are metEnsure continuous self-developmentShare information and knowledge with the teamHOURS:Monday to Friday: 08:00 16:30
