We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has a passion for client relations and the world of Intelligent Finance to join our energetic and results driven Decision Inc. team.  Good communication skills, sales experience in the FP&A space, solid technical understanding of FP&A technologies and client relations skills are a must.

Key Responsibility: Partner with clients throughout their Intelligent Financial journey to achieve required business outcomes Own key divisional client relationships and opportunities Identifying and driving on-sell/up-sell opportunities with clients Identify new business opportunities to add to existing client portfolio Client scoping, proposals, and presentations Identify client challenges and create opportunities for improvement and client value Manage the sales lifecycle of high priority opportunities Articulate the value proposition of FP&A solutions to clients as part of the pre-sales cycle Work with our Marketing team to create FP&A content for marketing campaigns Who do you need to be: Relevant Degree e.g.
B.Com Business Management or Information Systems Minimum 5 years experience in commercial, target driven role Proven ability in owning and supporting complex sales cycles from start to finish Knowledge of and experience in FP&A technologies, specifically SAP, OneStream, Board or Workday Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate these to non-technical stakeholders Ability to successfully manage and maintain strong relationships with a team and clients Effective planning and organizational skills Understanding of how to enhance business outcomes with technology
