The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing the company's sales and growth strategy, ensuring its successful execution.Responsibilities:Drive and deliver on the department's purpose and strategy.Support the Head of Distribution in achieving sales targets.Strengthen support for the DFM and Investment Consulting value proposition across various LISP platforms.Equip sales channels with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively position our capabilities.Build the department's market profile using both traditional and innovative approaches.Implement the distribution strategy to increase net flows within the department.Actively communicate the company's message, develop relationships with distribution channels and financial advisers, and contribute to the execution of the sales and growth strategy.Enhance support for financial advisers by creating solution-focused content, analyzing data to reinforce investment messaging, and assisting in their transition to portfolios.Generate innovative solutions, explore new methods for addressing business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and increase transition rates into model portfolios.Collaborate with Marketing to organize events and campaigns aimed at growing the department's brand and assets.Represent the department at conferences, investment panels, asset management, and industry events.Analyze and identify market trends, using insights to facilitate the transition of assets into department solutions.Qualifications and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in finance or InvestmentsCFP, CFA Level 1 or equivalentMinimum 5 years' experience in Investment Distribution
