If you're an experienced Perishable Controller with a sharp eye for detail and a love for logistics, we've got a spot just for you. Our client is looking for someone who can manage exports with precision and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate export customs and shipping documents.
Keep export files organised and on track for the week.
Provide outstanding customer service—always friendly, always helpful.
Ensure shipments hit airline cut-offs and reach their destination on time.
Coordinate with service providers to handle general, perishable, and DGR goods packaging.
Manage collections, deliveries, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Matric certificate or equivalent is a must.
5+ years of experience in perishable and general cargo or a similar role.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of the Air Freight Industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - teamwork makes the dream work!
Ability to work under pressure while keeping things efficient and organised.
