The sales cycle is long, often spanning up to six months, making this an exciting opportunity for those who thrive on challenges and long-term rewards.Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the logistics industry. Engage potential clients through various outbound channels, delivering personalized messages that address their specific needs. Assess customer pain points and offer customized logistics solutions. Craft compelling business proposals that emphasize ROI and payback period calculations. Contribute to content creation for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to boost company visibility. Manage the entire sales cycle, keeping in mind the typical six-month duration. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives in a B2B environment within the logistics sector. Qualifications: Proven track record in Business Development and Sales, preferably in a B2B context. Deep understanding of long sales cycles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Charismatic, empathetic, and intensely customer-focused. Experience or strong understanding of the logistics industry is a significant advantage. Strong analytical skills, particularly in assessing customer needs and calculating ROI. Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and build your own sales pipeline.
