Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage international clients who could benefit from our remote recruitment solutions.
Warm Lead Nurturing: Follow up on warm leads and build rapport with potential clients through strategic, insightful outreach.
Conduct Sales Calls: Structure and lead Zoom meetings with international clients, delivering tailored pitches based on their needs.
Active Listening & Relationship Building: Demonstrate exceptional listening skills to understand client pain points and offer solutions that meet their hiring needs.
Job Description Acquisition: Work closely with decision-makers to secure detailed job descriptions and move forward with signed agreements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Organize and manage your leads using a CRM system, ensuring that every opportunity is followed up.
Target Achievement: Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for signed agreements and new client acquisition.
What We're Looking For: International Sales Experience: 3+ years of business development or sales experience, with a focus on international clients.
Sales Call Expertise: Strong ability to structure and lead professional sales calls, with a track record of securing client buy-in.
Exceptional Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen and respond to client needs, crafting solutions that address their challenges.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
CRM & Tech Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track leads, as well as tools like Zoom for virtual meetings.
