To know more please visit www.nivoda.netWhat you'll do:Showcase Nivoda's brand and value proposition to buyers within the industryDrive sales in your region by creating new business opportunitiesStrengthen Nivoda's business model by serving and helping our diamond and jewelry customers achieve growth and profitabilityWork closely with the Fulfillment and Customer Experience teams to help ensure a seamless customer experienceUnderstand market trends and share feedback with the team. At Nivoda, we have a customer-driven product development cycle, which means that your feedback based on conversations with diamond & jewelry prospects and existing customers will directly influence the direction & development of the platform.We measure success for this role in the following areas:Number of new customers onboardedMonthly Active customersAverage Revenue Per customerWhat you'll need:Speak English fluently4+ years of experience selling within the tech space.
