Sound knowledge of sales within the service industry.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExisting business – maintain and increase the sales volumes without loss of margin.Submit sales reports.Attend sales meetings and issue reports as required.Client visits.Management of applicants. Exceed business development targets.Assist with debtor collection where there are queries or problems.Driving Business DirectionBuild strong relationships with clients.Build strong relationships with clients and peers to ensure business growth, efficiency and innovation.Basic RequirementsPossesses a passion to help team members and clients.Detail-orientated, goal-orientated, task driven.Enjoys being part of the team.Educational and Experience Requirements and PreferencesGrade 12.Provable commission earnings.Good command of the English language – written and verbal.Knowledge and experience within the recruitment industry with at least two years' experience.Excellent business development skills and attributes.Strong communications skills.Willingness to travel locally.Own reliable transport.Remuneration:R25000.00 to R40000.00 per month negotiable
