Business Development And Brand Marketing Officer

DUTIES
Develops marketing strategies and plans to meet set business targets:

Develops marketing budgets.
Manages the production of marketing materials.
Assists with the development of methods for the generation of awareness through social media.
Arranges for the effective distribution of marketing materials via various media.
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing advertisements in traditional/online media.
Conducts market research, which includes member questionnaires, focus groups, etc.
Liaises with various other departments in the organization to ensure participation and collaboration in promotional activities.
Works with the team to develop/innovate products and services.
Liaises with suppliers.

Responsibilities
Works with the Manager to develop marketing plans that focus on meeting organizational objectives:

Assists with specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.
Assists with the development and implementation of a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with relevant departments to execute.
Performs related duties as may be required by the Manager.

Qualification
Education: Degree/diploma in Marketing or related.
Experience: 5 years minimum experience working in a similar role.
Skills: Fully literate in all digital software and programs. Experience in the following will be beneficial:

Adobe Photoshop and design programs.
Auto tracking.
Social Media setup.
Google Adwords.
SEO.
