Join one of the leading skincare establishments as their Brand Manager based in Cape Town.Build awareness of the skincare brand, placing them in a premium position in the cosmetic skincare industry whilst communicating and establishing interactions with consumers.ResponsibilitiesEstablish objective and strategy to improve the brand's position in the cosmetic industryIdentify trends and consumer behaviours and insights to build opportunitiesAssist and contribute to brand documentation that will achieve stakeholder engagementBudget and analytics managementManage brand activity and projectsProvide updates to various distributor teamsManage marketing collateral to aid in building the brandCreate and manage merchandise and products so that they constantly align with the brand activitiesWork with digital partners and assist with various digital channelsReport back on market and stay on track with brand admin activitiesStay on point with the brand whilst adhering to company policies and rulesRequirements5 to 7 years of consumer marketing experienceMinimum of 3 years in a brand management roleRelevant degree or qualification in a related fieldKnowledge and experience within a cosmetic/beauty/skincare brandExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in MS Office toolsAttention to detail and well-presentedDetail-orientedSelf-starterStrong at building key relationships
