Job Summary: The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for building and strengthening our brand's relationship with our dispensary accounts and assisting the local sales team in reaching/exceeding their sales goals within their assigned territories. Our Brand Ambassadors will also handle the following:
Duties/Responsibilities: Provides in-store services at client account dispensaries - event demos, trainings, and patient appreciation days (PAD's)Holds a comprehensive understanding of the Jeeter product line and is able to effectively teach the benefits of each productObtains video and photo content of in-store events to post on social mediaSells products at demos through budtender and consumer educationManages all Visual Merchandising and product placement within all assigned dispensary accountsExecutes budtender training and knowledge testing on Jeeter productsManages external vendors for coordination, document creation, and deliveriesProcesses and track invoices, reconcile, and supply monthly accrual reports for the marketing teamGauges store traffic and collect feedback and market intelligenceAudits brand materials to ensure all marketing collateral is available to team membersExecutes all marketing requests from managementRequired Skills/Abilities: At least 21 years old per state lawMust have a valid in state Driver's LicenseMust have reliable transportationA thorough knowledge of cannabis (effects, products, chemistry, etc.)A general knowledge of computer skillsExceptional organizational skillsExceptional communication skillsMust have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for successAbility to work independently and within a team environmentEducation and Experience: HS Diploma or GED2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, and/or promotional modeling & events role1+ years' experience working in events facing the public1+ years' experience in a customer service or customer facing role1+ years' experience in tje legal cannabis industry - Preferred1+ year cannabis event experience - PreferredPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift over 50 poundsEEOC: DreamFields is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
