Requirements Valid Grade 12 Certificate Valid Boilermaker / Fitter trade certificate Responsibilities: General maintenance at brick manufacturing plant Supervision of semi-skilled employees Assist with supervising of production Knowledge and skills required: Min of 5 years' work experience in a PLANT WORKSHOP environment Read write and communicate in English and Afrikaans Welding, grinding and working with cutting torch Manage in difficult situations, under stress and production pressures Self driven Required to work overtime and weekends Must be medically fit
