Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their fire team in Johannesburg.
The role involves preparing technical drawings for fire protection installations and systems, along with fire safety plans.
If you're ready to tackle complex challenges and play a crucial role in fire engineering, we want you to hear from you Requirements: · Certificate in Multi-Disciplinary Drawings / National Diploma · 5 Years' experience working for an engineering consultancy · Minimum 4 years' experience working on Revit MEP · Knowledge and experience with fire protection systems and their design Responsibilities: · Oversee the design and modeling of fire protection systems and fire safety plans.
· Develop and/or revise engineering designs and models as needed.
· Design fire protection systems for various projects.
· Collaborate and communicate effectively with building owners, clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams, both internally and externally.
· Conduct site meetings and inspections with engineers and contractors during construction to update designs and models accordingly.
