We are a small company, favouring quality over quantity.About The RoleBehavioural Change Assistant Facilitator operates daily within behavioural frameworks of one sort or another: families, societies, businesses, sports teams, churches, legal, etc. All of these behavioural frameworks are a combination of principles, ethics, expectations, guidelines, policies and rules, specifically designed to guide behaviour in directions deemed beneficial for that organisation – think of your favourite sport or game as a good example.Candidate RequirementsMust be a SA Citizen with a valid SA passportAt least Grade 12 with Maths, Science & AccountingMust have a valid SA driver's license, with own reliable vehicleWilling to work on site during the weekGood communication skills (written & verbal both English & Afrikaans)Competent with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookTechnical aptitudeLives within 100km of PotchefstroomAbilities And SkillsPurpose-drivenGreat with peopleGood with numbersProven work ethicSelf-Managing and professionalTeam playerSelf-disciplined and resilientKeen to learn new skills
