Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic AV Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects related to the manufacturing, supply, and installation of large-format commercial LED screens. The role involves direct client communication, gathering technical requirements, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of products.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial client communication to final installation and handover.Gather and analyse technical information from clients to ensure accurate project specifications.Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure that project timelines are met.Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns.Oversee the installation process to ensure that it meets quality standards and client expectations.Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and client reference.Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the AV industry, particularly with large-format commercial LED screens.Strong technical understanding of AV systems, LED screens, and related technologies.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Preferred Qualifications:A degree or certification in project management, AV technology, or a related field.Experience with AV integration, system design, and installation.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in AV and LED screen installations.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter to ****** Deadline: 13 September 2024.
