Someone with a detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of urgency that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing teams by being on the floor and not behind a desk. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, great communication skills, and strong knowledge in Word and Excel. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations and will have open communications on a daily basis with other senior leaders, plus will be working with a collaborative team of professionals.Overview:This role will be managing the Vendor Compliance Program for one of the Sysco Distribution Centers. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the overall accuracy and efficiency of product moves through the distribution center. This role will work across departments to address inventory management and discrepancies. This role will also be responsible for evaluating and correcting non-compliant products, documenting fines, and printing label orders for both Vendor orders as well as on-site orders.Essential Functions:Own, lead, and manage the daily operations of the department.Manage and oversee employees and all compliance-related functions of the Distribution Center.Coordinate the daily processing of compliance reporting.Monitor and manage payroll of staff.Maintain
