We're seeking someone who knows how to go above and beyond for their team and customers and can be an inspiring leader who seeks to drive operational excellence, phenomenal customer service, and contributes to our great team culture. You will love the fun environment and the energy of working within this store.
ABOUT YOU: Experience in leading a team in a customer-centric environment.A dedication for providing excellent customer service with the ability to engage and connect with customers on a personal level.Strong leadership skills, with a passion for building a productive, fun, and cohesive team environment.Ability to inspire and motivate your teams to be the best version of themselves.A commitment to driving sales and achieving outstanding results.Experience in training and motivating staff in sales and customer service.A strong work ethic, with great organisational skills and a think 'outside the box' approach to decision making.Highly motivated, dynamic attitude and someone who thrives in a challenge.A genuine interest in fashion and takes pride in helping others feel confident.ABOUT US: Flo & Frankie is a New Zealand, family-owned and run business known for its quality products and warm customer service.
