If you meet the below requirements, do not hesitate to send your CV for consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:Foster a culture driven by HWWT2 principles.Ensure effective staffing using ESP and RTP based on forecasts approved by the RGM.Verify new employees have completed required paperwork and facilitate their induction and training.Maintain employee files and training records, driving development for team members.Manage Employee Relations, track absence, and ensure adherence to legal health and safety standards.Ensure security protocols are followed.Create a customer-focused environment.Assist with ROCC evaluations and action plans.Manage customer complaints and health audit issues.Utilize tools and reports to deliver excellent customer service.Drive sales by maintaining high operational standards and promoting a strong sales culture.Support team incentives and ensure up-to-date product knowledge.Accurately forecast and manage stock to ensure product availability.Control restaurant costs and monitor performance against BSC and P&L targets.Assist in strategy execution for maximizing profitability.Support cost-saving plans and manage relevant reports and systems.Stand in for RGM as needed, support other restaurants, and manage new product rollouts.Act as an ambassador at events and adapt to new systems and processes.Requirements:NQF Level 5 or 6 Certificate (Incomplete is accepted)Previous experience of managing a diverse workforceDemonstrates strong Sales FocusEffective CoachingBasic HR/IR knowledge (disciplinary/grievance process)Customer ManiaAcute Financial Skills
